IFAK & My Future Joint Venture
Covering the gap which exists between career and education it is possible to make it easier for companies to recruit youth and for the youth to understand future opportunities. With this joint venture IFAK will contribute to the youth more practical experience in the fields of entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship.
Polish nonprofit organization, My Future together with a Danish company experienced in field of non formal education, Institute For Applied Knowledge (IFAK) takes up the challenge and solve the tasks by developing long lasting pre-incubator program “FUTURE ENTREPRENEURS OF POLAND” (FEP).
The "pre-incubator" which will have a form of practical workshops with companies and active participation of youth, will be further developed into the e-guide, which will help other organizations such as NGOs, schools, educational institutions with the implementation and use of the FEP program.
In the frame of the project two members from My Future and three employees of IFAK are developing workshops with a focus on practical educational methods ''learning by doing’’ in the fields of entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship. Within the 4-day workshops, invited speakers from companies will share their knowledge and support the young people in solving real-life cases. After two pilot project batches, the partners will organize dissemination events where four qualified teams will solve new case and compete for an opportunity to travel to Denmark. The trip to Denmark will last for 5 days and will be in a form of workshops with the Danish youth.
The developed workshops will result in an intellectual output (O1)-development of the e-guide of the program, which will help other organizations such as NGOs, schools, educational institutions in the implementation and use of the FEP program. Additionally, the two pilot project batches will facilitate recruitment of Alumni members who will aim to continue organic expansion of FEP program.
My Future and IFAK also intend to design a long-term strategy for years 2018-2022, which will help to facilitate the organic growth of the program.
